Peoria's Premier Beverage Distributor
From the distillery to your door — we supply central Illinois cafés, bars, and restaurants with the spirits, wines, and beers they deserve.
Who We Are
Specialty Distributing of Illinois has been the backbone of central Illinois' hospitality scene for decades. Based right here in Peoria, we partner with the region's finest cafés, bars, and restaurants — delivering a curated portfolio of spirits, wines, and craft beers that elevate every pour.
Our team knows these products inside and out. We don't just move cases; we help you build menus, train your staff, and source the rare labels your guests ask for. When you pour something from our roster, you're pouring confidence.
What We Do
From bold bourbons and smooth rums to small-batch gins and craft vodkas — we carry the labels your bar program needs and the hidden gems that set you apart.
Curated selections from Napa to the Rhône, domestic to import. We help you build a wine list that speaks to every palate and price point at your table.
Local brews, national favorites, and everything in between — plus a growing lineup of hard seltzers and ready-to-drink cocktails for the modern drinker.
On-time, every time. Our delivery fleet covers Peoria and all of central Illinois — flexible scheduling, cold-chain care, and orders that arrive complete.
A dedicated rep who knows your venue, your menu, and your goals. We handle promotions, tastings, and inventory planning so you can focus on serving.
Access distributions you won't find anywhere else in the region. We bring in limited-release and regional-exclusive bottles that make your shelf unforgettable.
